Project Brief
Construction of a six bedroom family house in a city centre Conservation Area to provide a contemporary livingspace whilst mainaining the correct period external appearance.

Project Scope
Design and Specification of interior, Sourcing, Construction and Project Management.

Project Solution
Working closely with the the client to provide a high specification of both exterior and interior finshes. Design amendments were required to ensure the external appearance of the property matched exactly that of the existing neighbouring Edwardian properties. Materials and craftsmen were sourced from both the domestic and commercial arena from the UK and Europe.
