Project Brief
Restoration of 14th and 16th Century Grade II Listed city centre properties to provide a 1,200 sq ft apartment over two buildings and two levels.

Project Scope
Design, Planning Approval, Listed Building Consent, Specification, Sourcing, Construction and Project Management.

Project Solution
Working closely with the local authority conservation team and English Heritage a comprehensive repair and restoration programme was carried out to protect the fabric of the historically important buildings. Traditional building methods from Oak beam and post replacement to lathe and lime plaster repair were employed throughout.
